Middlesex University’s Faculty of Arts and Creative Industries boasts two dedicated colour grading suites running industry standard DaVinci Resolve Studio complete with either DaVinci Resolve Advanced Panel (CGS1) or Tangent Element Control Surface (CGS2), as well as UHD and 4K resolution support.
The systems in both suites are capable of up to 4K real time playback and rendering. Clients also benefit from broadcast standard 10-bit monitoring via a calibrated Eizo ColorEdge 4K monitor in a neutral grey environment.
Access to Avid NEXIS in both suites also ensures projects created in our Edit Suites and Digital Media Workshops can be integrated seamlessly.
Additionally, the workstation in CGS2 is complete with Avid Media Composer and Adobe Creative Cloud.
